Available Positions

Position Title: Factory Associate

Hours: All Shifts (Full-Time)

Pay: Start at $14.25

Description:

Ensures proper loading of parts using correct loading racks
Ensures proper silicone is used and parts are properly masked
Organizes silicone and tooling
Notifies Supervisor of any abnormal conditions of parts
Unload parts visually inspect parts
Remove any masking
Take care of any rework
Ensure parts are in the proper basket, totes
Fill out travelers and other paperwork ensure part numbers, totals and lot numbers are correct
Ensure proper packaging
Film Thickness Testing, Maintain 5S of work area
Ensures work area is clean and ready for the next shift
Ensures parts are not dropped on the floor
Cleaning
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

The ability to work continuously lifting and moving up to 25lbs
The ability to work at a fast pace
Reliable transportation
Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
