Our Itsuwa branch in Bardstown, KY has two shifts with a variety of start and end times.  This allows us to be very flexible with placement of candidates who require specific shift start or end times.

Available Positions

Position Title: Factory Associate

Hours: All Shifts (Full-Time)

Pay: Start at $14.25

Description:

  • Ensures proper loading of parts using correct loading racks

  • Ensures proper silicone is used and parts are properly masked

  • Organizes silicone and tooling

  • Notifies Supervisor of any abnormal conditions of parts

  • Unload parts visually inspect parts

  • Remove any masking

  • Take care of any rework

  • Ensure parts are in the proper basket, totes

  • Fill out travelers and other paperwork ensure part numbers, totals and lot numbers are correct

  • Ensure proper packaging

  • Film Thickness Testing, Maintain 5S of work area

  • Ensures work area is clean and ready for the next shift

  • Ensures parts are not dropped on the floor

  • Cleaning

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • The ability to work continuously lifting and moving up to 25lbs

  • The ability to work at a fast pace

  • Reliable transportation

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
